Sarfraz Ahmed: "We didn't start off too well, but our recovery was commendable, especially the bowling from Nawaz and Hasan. It is difficult to bring in spinners against such big-hitting batsmen so I give credit to Nawaz to bowl so well on a big stage against such stellar batsmen. The way Watson and Umar Amin batted as well was commendable and we will take the confidence into the next few games."
Brendon McCullum: "We were well in front in the beginning but we let go of another opportunity. I was rather disappointed with the energy in the field and that is not acceptable. I don't mind losing and you gotta make sure your heart is beating. We have to rectify that in the next couple of days, and make sure we get past this performance and give it our absolute 100% in the next game."
