Not quite 25 runs, but 19 off that last over to lift the Zalmi to a close-to-respectable total. Amir was impeccable up-front but had to leave the field after just two overs. Not before he took two wickets though. The remaining bowlers were excellent too: Irfan with his dead accurate yorkers, Mills with his deception, and Afridi with his flat deliveries to hurry the batsmen. As for the Zalmi, poor running, poor application, and nothing much to speak of other than Smith's one-man show. We'll be back with the run-chase in a moment.
Mohammad Amir: "When we saw the first game I noticed that we had to pitch the ball up to get movement. I have a bit of a strain on the right side. I don't wish to aggravate it so I wish to give it a rest in this game. The body language in our team and the way we gel together is extremely important and plays a vital role in our performance."
